INDIANAPOLIS — An Indianapolis man accused of murdering his ex-girlfriend is now facing new attempted murder charges following a different shooting.
Hearing gunfire, just after 9:30 p.m. April 15, neighbors near 33rd and Arsenal saw a man bleeding and quickly called 911.
