INDIANAPOLIS — A 25-year-old man has been arrested for an active warrant in a fatal operating while intoxicated crash on Christmas Day on Indianapolis’ east side.
Stanley Louis, of Indianapolis, was charged with:
- Causing death when operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated
- Causing death when operating a motor vehicle with an ACE of .08 or more
- Reckless homicide
- Operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license
Louis was arrested Friday, May 15.
