INDIANAPOLIS — A federal grand jury has indicted members of an Indianapolis gang on 28 counts ranging from murder to racketeering.
The jury indicted 12 individuals of the so-called “Crown Hill Enterprise,” and the first suspect made his initial appearance in federal court on Friday, May 22.
