SPEEDWAY, Ind. — Race day has arrived at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
The green flag is scheduled to drop at 12:45 p.m. ET on the 110th Running of the Indianapolis 500. The race will air live on FOX.

Alex Palou is sitting on the pole for this year’s race. He’s looking to become the first driver to win back-to-back races since Josef Newgarden in 2023 and 2024. Before Newgarden accomplished the feat, Helio Castroneves notched back-to-back wins in 2001 and 2002.
Speaking of Castroneves, the popular IndyCar driver is seeking his fifth Indy 500 win. The Brazilian took the checkered flag in 2001, 2002, 2009 and 2021. If Castroneves wins, he’d be the first driver to accomplish the feat…
