Disney has revealed a list of many new and returning savory menu items coming to restaurants across Disneyland Resort later this week.
New Disneyland Menu Items
All of the new menu items were previewed in a post by Disney Eats on Instagram. The post included the name and location where the dishes will be added, but did not include any pricing. All of the new savory items will arrive at Disneyland Resort starting on April 30.
- Provincial Grilled Chicken BLT at Red Rose Taverne: Grilled chicken, green goddess sauce, bacon, havarti, sliced tomatoes, and lettuce
- Corn Soup at Harbour Galley (Plant-based): Roasted corn soup topped with pasilla and roasted corn served in a sourdough bread bowl
The new menu items are coming to locations at both Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure, including Smokejumpers Grill, Red Rose Taverne, Paradise Garden Grill, and more.
- Pastrami Sandwich at Flo’s V8 Cafe: Sliced deli-style pastrami, Swiss cheese, pickle chips, shredded lettuce, and mustard on fresh-sliced rye bread
- Fried Pickles with buffalo ranch at Smokejumpers Grill
- Street Corn Dog at Award Wieners: All-beef hot dog with esquites-inspired topping
Several of the new items are based on Spanish, Mexican, and South American flavors like the Lomo Saltado Burrito and the Chicken Taquitos Rojos:
- Western-style Loaded Potato at Studio Catering Co.: Creamy baked potato, garlic butter, charro-style beans, shredded cheese, sour cream, green onions, and sliced jalapenos
- Lomo Saltado Burrito at Studio Catering Co.: Peruvian-inspired lomo saltado stir-fry, shoestring French fries, and serrano-lime rice wrapped in a warm flour tortilla and served with serrano hot sauce
- Chicken Taquitos Rojos at Paradise Garden Grill: Topped with shredded lettuce, crema, queso fresco, salsa roja, and pickled onions served with Spanish rice and refried beans
While most of the new menu items have either dairy or meat, the carne asada coming to Paradise Garden Grill is plant-based:
- Plant-based Carne Asada Wet Burrito at Paradise Garden Grill: Marinated steak tips, Spanish rice, refried beans, and avocado crema topped with salsa verde and crema
- Cajun Chicken Salad Sandwich at Royal Street Veranda: Cajun chicken salad tossed in Cajun remoulade, tomatoes, lettuce, and fried onions
- Chicharron Preparado con Camarones at Cozy Cone 5: Popcone: Wheat cracker, lime mayonnaise, lettuce, jalapeño-onion-cilantro salad, and lime-cooked shrimp, with aguachile salsa and hot sauce
- Pull-apart Pizza Bread at select outdoor vending locations in Disney California Adventure: Filled with seasoned ricotta and topped with marinara sauce, mozzarella and pepperoni slices
These savory dishes join the list of beverages also coming to Disneyland Resort on April 30, which includes a watermelon lemonade that comes in a new Country Bears Mason Jar Sipper.
