TONKAWA — The Oklahoma Highway Patrol reports that a two vehicle injury accident occurred at 10:43 a.m. Wednesday in the Interstate 35 southbound lanes near mile marker 215.
Troopers report that a vehicle driven by Melvin Martinez, 43, Dallas, Texas, was stopped in the southbound outside lane when a vehicle driven by Emilie Kristoff, 29, Bondurant, Iowa, struck his vehicle from behind. Martinez’ vehicle them departed the Interstate to the right and over turned.
