PE-backed brain injury rehab facility to break ground in Texas

NeuroRestorative, a brand of private equity-backed Sevita Health, will break ground Aug. 25 on a 16-bed post-acute rehabilitation facility in Arlington, Texas.

The facility will provide inpatient and outpatient care for individuals with brain, spinal cord and other medically complex injuries, according to an Aug. 24 news release from Scioto Properties, a real estate company focused on housing for people with disabilities.

Sevita is owned by private equity firms Centerbridge Partners and Vistria Group, which also own Help at Home, a home health company operating in more than a dozen states…
