A Dallas movie theater was damaged on Monday when a fire broke out at the Studio Movie Grill, officials said.
The fire started at the theater near US-75 and W. Spring Valley Road just after 4 p.m. Dallas Fire-Rescue crews were called to the movie theatre at 4:01 p.m., where smoke and flames were coming from the roof of the two-story building. An unknown number of patrons and employees evacuated the building before DFR arrived.
