HATTIESBURG, Miss. (WDAM) – Two armed robberies in Hattiesburg Saturday led to the arrest of a Jackson man, the Hattiesburg Police Department said.
HPD said that the first call about a robbery came in at 12:14 p.m. While officers were on the scene, a second robbery was reported at 12:26 p.m., involving a suspect who matched the description from the first call.
Officers were able to locate the suspect, who was identified as Daniel Mason, 21, of Jackson. After a brief struggle, HPD took Mason into custody at 12:50 p.m…
