PEARL, Miss. (WJTV) – A 15-year-old from Florida was arrested after police said he committed an armed carjacking in a neighboring jurisdiction and an armed robbery on Pearson Road in Pearl early Sunday morning.
According to police, after the armed robbery on Pearson Road, officers located the suspect vehicle as it fled the area.

Officers followed the vehicle a short distance before using a tactical vehicle intervention, or TVI, to stop it. The juvenile was taken into custody without further incident.
