Top Officers in Jackson and Hinds County showed up but the crowd was not as large as organizers had hoped.
The Public Safety Forum was held at New Horizon Church International on Ellis Avenue. Top law enforcement leaders say they would have liked a larger crowd but they hold these forums quarterly throughout the city.
