JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) – An arrest warrant has been issued for another out-of-state apartment complex owner, after he failed to show up for an arraignment in Jackson Environmental Court.
On Tuesday, Judge Jeffrey Reynolds signed a bench warrant for Patrick Duffy, one of the owners of the Vintage Apartments on Bobby Rush Boulevard.
The warrant comes more than a month after Environmental Court Judge Kevin Bass recommended that the complex be torn down.
