JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) – Hinds County officials are warning of a new scam targeting residents for allegedly not paying traffic fines.
Circuit Clerk Zack Wallace is urging people to disregard the messages, saying that Circuit Court doesn’t handle parking violations.
