BRANDON, Miss. (WLBT) – Remembering Noah Lee Lambert: that’s what Lambert’s friends and classmates did right here at the edge of the Ross Barnett Reservoir where they released balloons in his memory.
“The reason why we chose the balloons, especially the color blue, he loved the color blue, camo and he loved his truck, of course, and the reservoir, fishing, swimming,” said Maddox Stepp, a friend of Lambert’s.
