JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office uncovered human remains found in the backyard of a home on Jacksonville’s northside.
According to JSO, a resident spotted what appeared to be a human bone lying on Lincrest Drive in the Harborview neighborhood Wednesday, around 10 p.m. The medical examiner’s office later confirmed the bone was from a human leg.
After the medical examiner’s office confirmed the human remains, JSO began a search on Thursday, which led to the discovery of buried human remains wrapped in a carpet-like material in the backyard of the home, JSO said…
