JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office said it is searching for an 18-year-old man who was last seen leaving his home on Whispering Oaks Drive North near Fort Caroline Road in the Arlington area.
Jacob McGuire is 5′9″ and 110 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair. JSO said Jacob was last seen wearing a white shirt and blue jeans and he uses a wheelchair…
