Raising Cane’s is expanding its Jacksonville footprint, with a second restaurant planned for the Markets at Town Center.
The new restaurant will take over the former Pollo Tropical at 4863 Gate Parkway, where W.H. Bass Inc. has been approved to build out the space, according to the Jacksonville Business Journal.
The location will give Jacksonville another place to grab Raising Cane’s signature chicken finger meals, which come with crinkle-cut fries, Texas toast, coleslaw and the chain’s Cane’s Sauce. The menu also includes sandwiches, kids’ meals and drinks, including fresh-squeezed lemonade…
