Construction crews are working at the intersection of Blanding Boulevard and Wells Road is causing major traffic Tuesday morning near the Orange Park Mall.
Northbound Blanding Blanding Boulevard is down to one lane beginning at Orange Park Mall into Duval County, according to a Safer Watch Alert from Clay County Sheriff’s Office.
