Jacksonville sheriff’s Officer Ernesto Valerio was on the prowl Friday night in search of street racers and super speeders. In his unmarked car on the Buckman Bridge, a Dodge Challenger was directly in front of him as it drove next to a red Corvette.
“Look at these guys blocking everything,” Valerio says as the Corvette driver holds up his hand out of the window and then gives the signal initiating a race with the Challenger.
