‘There is a true need’: Jacksonville Housing Authority touts improvements as waitlist grows by more than 30K

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – It has been nearly a year and a half since Cheron Corbett Waller took over as CEO of the Jacksonville Housing Authority.
