What is Key Food Jax and where is it located?
Key Food Jax is a newly opened full-service supermarket at 5276 Blanding Blvd. in Jacksonville. The store took over a previously vacant grocery space and transforming it into a modern retail hub for the Westside community.
The opening marks a continued expansion of the Key Food Stores Co-op brand into Florida, bringing its neighborhood-focused grocery model to the region.
When did Key Food Jax open?
Key Food Jax held its soft opening in March 2026 after months of renovation and build-out. The project was in development since 2025, when permits were filed for interior upgrades, including a new kitchen and deli space.
