Woman Accused of Using Stolen Credit Card Info Through Digital Wallet Faces Charges in Flagler County

FLAGLER COUNTY, Fla. — A woman is facing charges after investigators say she used stolen credit card information to make multiple purchases using a digital wallet, according to the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office.

The investigation began April 1 when a Palm Coast resident reported fraudulent charges on her credit card statement. The victim told deputies she noticed three unauthorized purchases made at stores in the Jacksonville area, despite not traveling there.

Detectives with the General Assignment Unit reviewed financial records and surveillance video, which showed a suspect making purchases on March 24 at three different locations.
