JACKSONVILLE BEACH, Fla. — A Coast Guard veteran is turning pain into purpose — riding thousands of miles up the East Coast to support wounded warriors.
Jodie Knox stopped on the First Coast Sunday after biking from St. Augustine to Jacksonville Beach, part of her more than 2,000-mile journey from the Florida Keys to Maine. Knox calls the 42-day trek “Wheels of Grit.”
