Two parents were arrested and charged with child neglect resulting in great bodily harm following an investigation by the Nassau County Sheriff’s Office (NCSO).
Fernandina Beach residents Todd Joseph Lee and Lisa Marie Lee were taken into custody on April 20 after authorities launched an investigation into allegations involving three children living in their home.
