Ascension St. Vincent’s and PathPoint Health, a provider of comprehensive metabolic care, have announced a strategic joint venture to help individuals prevent and manage metabolic conditions, including diabetes and obesity.
The center will open in October at Ascension St. Vincent’s Southside, offering medical care, exercise and nutritional planning, lifestyle counseling, advanced diagnostic assessments and care coordination within one specialty practice. Services will be provided through a hybrid model of in-person and virtual visits.
