CASPER, Wyo. — The first suspect arrested by Casper police in connection to a reported cross-country conspiracy using phony IDs to pull cash from banks has pleaded guilty in Natrona County District Court.
Christine Fitzpatrick, 38, pleaded guilty before Judge Kerri Johnson on Tuesday morning to two felony conspiracy charges, one for forgery and one for theft. The plea agreement calls the state to ask for no more than five years in prison.
“I was sent because I have drug debt,” Fitzpatrick told the judge. “I was sent with a driver to make withdrawals.”…
