The Colonial Grill, a popular food truck business that has amassed more than 400,000 followers and 50 million views online, will open its first storefront location in Jersey City.
The restaurant, which will operate Tuesday through Sunday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. at 210 Hudson St., marks a significant expansion for the Afro-Colombian food business William Valbuena founded in December 2015 and runs with his son, Kevin Valbuena.
