Authorities have identified the pedestrian struck and killed by an SUV while trying to cross Route 46 in Parsippany on Monday as a Hudson County resident. Sonia Diaz, 73, of Bayonne was hit on the westbound side near North Beverwyck Road at about 11 a.m., the Morris County Prosecutor’s Office said.
