As News 12 previously reported, he fought the tow truck driver in the street before getting behind the wheel. Police say they have arrested 55-year-old Russel Laiosa, of Long Island, in connection with this incident. Police say Laiosa was arrested on Sept. 9 and now faces multiple charges including robbery, reckless endangerment, and property damage, to name a few. ”
