KALAMAZOO, MI — A Kalamazoo law firm is collecting paperback books for individuals at the Kalamazoo County Jail through a community drive running until July 31, 2026.
Markou, Montague, Levine Defense is spearheading the effort to increase access to reading materials for incarcerated individuals. The firm is accepting donations of fiction, self-help and recovery, religious texts, and educational materials.
