Overnight storms leave 14,000 without power. Where outages are

Storms that developed overnight Thursday, July 2, into Friday caused widespread power outages in southwest Michigan.

More than 14,000 Michigan residents were without power as of 8:30 a.m. on Friday, July 3, according to PowerOutage.com. Barry, Kalamazoo and Allegan counties, located in the southwest region of the Lower Peninsula had the highest concentration of outages, totaling to about 10,600.
