VIDEO: Battle Creek files lawsuit to seize driver’s new Mustang after seeing him do donuts

BATTLE CREEK, Mich. — The City of Battle Creek is going after a first-of-its-kind lawsuit since implementing a stricter “vehicular nuisance” ordinance to curb reckless driving.

New dashcam video released by the Battle Creek Police Department (BCPD) shows the June 14 incident behind the litigation, which officials say is an example of why they are cracking down.
