Battle Creek Police Department (BCPD) officers said surveillance video and “other evidence” led them to arresting a 28-year-old Battle Creek resident in connection to a shooting at Sunset Party Store Saturday at 1:30 a.m. that hospitalized an 18-year-old boy.
