‘A tornado or two’ possible with Michigan’s next severe storm ruckus

Most of Lower Michigan is outlined in an area of possible severe thunderstorms Wednesday afternoon and evening. This thunderstorm set-up is leaning toward a supercell-dominant style of severe weather.

NOAA’s severe thunderstorm forecasting branch, the Storm Prediction Center (SPC), has placed Lower Michigan is a fairly low chance of severe thunderstorms, but a high enough chance to be aware of severe weather tomorrow.
