Deadline for train crossing fix in Kalamazoo passes with no change

KALAMAZOO, Mich. (WOOD) — The significant bump in the road around an Amtrak rail crossing outside of Western Michigan University’s campus remains, despite a summer deadline to address the crossing.

On Howard Street, streaks in the road show the multiple times vehicles have bottomed out after going over the crossing near the intersection of Howard Street and Stadium Drive.
