Former Leawood priest out of jail after turning himself in on $160K theft allegation

LEAWOOD, Kan. (KCTV) – A former Leawood priest is out of jail on bond as he prepares to face a judge.

Father Richard Storey turned himself into the Leawood Police Department Saturday, May 23, on a felony theft charge. He is accused of stealing $160,000 from Curé of Ars Church.
