LEE’S SUMMIT, Mo. (KCTV) – Fights, bear spray and a recovered firearm marked a chaotic night at Lee’s Summit’s Downtown Days, police said.
The Lee’s Summit Police Department said officers requested aid from the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office and the Missouri Highway Patrol as the volume and severity of calls increased through the night.
