JACKSON COUNTY, Mo. (KCTV) — Notices started hitting mailboxes and emails Wednesday regarding the Jackson County class action lawsuit centered around the high 2023 property tax assessments.
Approximately 207,800 homeowners will receive the notification via mail or email. This is a part of the class action lawsuit that is pushing to get refunds for property owners.
