KANSAS CITY, Mo. (WDAF) — The U.S. Department of Education is taking further action against four Kansas school districts in relation to alleged Title IX violations.
On Thursday, the U.S. Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights issued Letters of Impending Enforcement Action to Olathe Public Schools, Shawnee Mission School District and Topeka Public Schools.
A fourth Letter of Impasse was sent to the Kansas City, Kansas Public School District.
