KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – Dave Hershberger never said no.
That’s how his friend Scott Stevens remembers the 54-year-old orchestra instructor who spent 11 years inspiring students at Oak Park High School and Antioch Middle School in the North Kansas City School District — and who died Sunday when a skydiving plane crashed near Butler, Missouri, killing all 12 people on board.
