FIFA Fan Fest
The official FIFA Fan Festival Kansas City is open this weekend from Friday through Sunday at the National WWI Museum and Memorial. Live Main Stage will host major concert headliners, starting with Flo Rida on Friday at 5 p.m., Cimafunk on Saturday at 5 p.m., and The Chainsmokers closing out the weekend on Sunday at 5:30 p.m.

Ecuador vs. Curaçao at Arrowhead Stadium
The FIFA World Cup 2026 Group E match between Ecuador and Curaçao will take place at Arrowhead Stadium on Saturday. This is a must-win survival match for both sides in Group E. Ecuador fell 1-0 to the Ivory Coast on matchday one, while Curaçao was defeated 7-1 by Germany.

JuneteenthKC Heritage Fest
Kansas City’s largest Juneteenth celebration returns to the historic 18th & Vine District for a special two-day festival Friday and Saturday. This year marks the event’s 15th anniversary, with organizers expecting more than 25,000 attendees for live music, food vendors, cultural exhibits, entrepreneurship showcases and community activities.

Alex Warren at T-Mobile
Social media star-turned-pop singer Alex Warren brings his “Finding Family on the Road” tour to Kansas City on Sunday night at the T-Mobile Center. Warren, known for his hit song “Ordinary,” will be joined by special guests Nat & Alex Wolff.

Royals vs. Cardinals
The longtime I-70 rivalry resumes as the Kansas City Royals host the St. Louis Cardinals at Kauffman Stadium. The annual series always draws strong crowds from across Missouri. The teams will not play Saturday due to a World Cup match at Arrowhead Stadium.

Smithville Lake Festival
The Smithville Lake Festival takes over downtown Smithville Friday and Saturday with live music, food trucks, local vendors and a full-scale carnival. Saturday’s schedule includes a parade, car show, foam party, appearances by KC Wolf and the Chiefs Drumline, plus live entertainment throughout the day.

Father’s Day at Gardner Aquatic Center
Families looking to celebrate Father’s Day outdoors can head to the Gardner Aquatic Center, where dads receive special recognition during the holiday weekend. It’s a laid-back way to spend Father’s Day together.

Kansas City’s Annual Dragon Boat Festival
The annual Dragon Boat Festival returns to Kansas City, bringing colorful dragon boat races, cultural performances and family-friendly activities to the water.
