KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – The Kansas City Police Department is asking for help locating a missing man with medical complications.
KCPD said Marcus Osler, 51, was last seen near Newton Avenue and Cambridge Avenue around 9 a.m. on Sunday. He is a black man, bald with a grey goatee, around 6′5″ and 275 pounds.
