KANSAS CITY, Kan. (KCTV) – A man found dead in the street early Saturday morning has been identified as an 18-year-old Kansas City, Missouri, resident, according to investigators.
Kansas City, Kansas, police said Marcos David Castillo, 18, died after a shooting reported around 3:45 a.m. July 11 near S. 4th Street and Kansas Avenue.
