PLATTE COUNTY — Arraignment was held this morning in Platte County for William R. Terreau, 61, of Kansas City.
He is charged with controlled substance possession. According to the probable cause statement, SWAT team members and narcotics detectives executed a search warrant on the residence and detained five people inside. Terreau was later detained as well once arriving at the residence. During the search, detectives found methamphetamine and over a dozen glass smoking pipes. Terreau stated that he had used methamphetamine after being released from jail due to a previous charge. His bond is set at $100,000…
