KANSAS CITY, Kan. (KCTV) – A pedestrian was seriously injured in a multi-vehicle crash on westbound I-70, State Troopers say.
The Kansas Highway Patrol says the crash happened just after 10:25 p.m. on Tuesday, July 21, near the Turner Diagonal exit.
Investigators indicate that a 2013 Honda Accord, driven by a 32-year-old Overland Park woman, was traveling westbound when it struck a stationary 2013 Honda Civic.
The force of the impact pushed the Civic into a pedestrian standing nearby, according to State Troopers. The Accord then left the roadway to the right and struck a barrier wall before coming to a stop…
