As Joseph Thomas prepared Frosty Frogs Water Ice for the start of the workweek, restocking supplies inside the shop’s newly opened Gates Plaza location, a woman walked up to the locked front door.
Unaware the business was closed, she had driven from Kansas City, Kansas hoping to visit the store after discovering the company earlier this year. Rather than turning her away, Thomas unlocked the door and served her himself.
