KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A 27-year-old man was arrested Monday night for allegedly brandishing a knife and breaking into vehicles at Kansas City International Airport.
Christopher Earl Otter Jr. faces three counts of property damage in Platte County and is held on a $40,000 bond.
According to a probable cause statement, airport police responded to a report of a man breaking into cars in his underwear at a long-term parking lot.
