KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Jacob and Wilhelm were abandoned on the side of the road. GiGi was dumped in her crate at Ozark and Raytown roads.
Luckily, these animals were taken in by local shelters. But dumping is a problem that shelters across the region are dealing with.
