Man sentenced for 2024 deadly wrong-way 50-Highway crash

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A Mission Hills, Kansas, man was sentenced on Monday for a deadly wrong-way crash on U.S. 50 Highway in September 2024.

Peter E. Goss was sentenced in Johnson County, Missouri District Court to 5 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections.

Goss pleaded guilty in June to one count of DWI resulting in death. The other two charges of first-degree involuntary manslaughter and driving the wrong direction on a highway, resulting in an accident, were dismissed…
