KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The man arrested for trespassing and assault Tuesday, August 18, is speaking for the first time since his arrest during the Finance, Governance, and Public Safety Committee meeting.
Darrell Miller disrupted the meeting and was issued a municipal summons. Monday, Bishop Frank Douglas called on the city to not charge him. Miller was right beside him.

“A public apology is necessary. and after today’s press conference, we welcome the mayor, we request of the mayor a meeting,” Douglas said.
